Working Principle

The raw slurry enters the separator through a 2.5-inch inlet pipe. It then flows under an adjustable control gate through a 30mm clearance into the magnetic separation chamber.
As the material ascends slowly—due to a downstream weir gate—it passes through the 6 rows of vertically aligned magnetic rods, which capture ferrous particles before the slurry exits over a 250mm-high discharge gate.
