How It Works
The working process is intelligently automated:
Once powered on, the slurry enters the separator through the inlet valve while the electromagnetic field is energized. Magnetic particles in the slurry are trapped by the magnetic media. Once separation is completed, the system flushes remaining slurry, demagnetizes, and discharges captured iron using a combination of vibration and high-pressure water rinsing—all without manual intervention.

Operating Procedure (Simplified)

Power on the device.

Open the slurry inlet and outlet valves; close the iron discharge and return valves.
